Bob McMahon was phonomenal to work with. We meet him on a whim reaching out to realitor up north and meet with Bob. Bob made us feel like family, he knew what we were looking for which was a hard find not only a home but a business and home. Bob really went out of his way at times as we also were moving and 4 hours away. Bob was great with not only communicating but traveling to meet up with us as well.

Bob really exceeded our expectations when it ce to communication and negotiating between all the parties. Our property was not the easiest of sales and we had some pretty tense back and forth moments but Bob kept reassuring us and following up with any changes as they happened.

Bob had an amazing personality and really cares any the people and work he does.I can't say enough about how great it was to work with him.

She helped provide vision and ideas for what a property may look like or could look like for our family. When it came to offers Renee was swift to get paperwork completed and submitted. She was even able to help expedite an approval process through a local lender to cover us for a seasonal cabin if we had chosen to purchase a property of the sort. When our accepted offer came Renee made sure all matters were taken care of and that we would be left in the best position possible with our new property. She even took time to get to know our daughter and spend time with her at each showing. My wife, Everly and I can not fully describe how much we appreciate Renee and the help she provided us. Today's market very hard to get inventory and when it did come on if it fit our criteria we drove up 3 plus hrs away we'd spend a day just driving to see three places can't say enough she made it work around our schedule not hers. I am out of state (AZ) and was selling my brothers property in Eagle River. Jim was amazing - there were multiple repairs needed as a result of the home inspection and he made arrangements with all of the contractors and then went to meet them when they came to work. I appreciated the summary he provided me each time I had an offer. And he was so sympathetic to my situation (my brother had passed away), which really was beyond any expectations I had. He is incredibly professional and really knows the market. I relied on him 100%, and he never let me down.

I honestly cannot recommend Jim more - I had an outstanding experience working with him - he more than exceeded any expectations I had. He communicated often and went far above what you would expect from a realtor. He handled everything for me given I was out of state. I had a great experience working with Jim, from beginning to end!
