Bob McMahon was phonomenal to work with. We meet him on a whim reaching out to realitor up north and meet with Bob. Bob made us feel like family, he knew what we were looking for which was a hard find not only a home but a business and home. Bob really went out of his way at times as we also were moving and 4 hours away. Bob was great with not only communicating but traveling to meet up with us as well.

Bob really exceeded our expectations when it ce to communication and negotiating between all the parties. Our property was not the easiest of sales and we had some pretty tense back and forth moments but Bob kept reassuring us and following up with any changes as they happened.

Bob had an amazing personality and really cares any the people and work he does.I can't say enough about how great it was to work with him.

Heidi Krusensterna was fantastic!! So much so that we named our new puppy after her:) We are selective (picky) buyers and took a long time to find the property we finally purchased. Heidi was understanding and patient with us. During our search, which took a couple of years, Heidi was always quick to respond and provided the information we asked for on multiple properties which we did not end up considering. We made one offer that was not accepted by the seller and looked at several other properties. We come to the area from Texas and were always time constrained in our search. Heidi always made time for us. She provided amazing service that extended beyond her professional responsibilities. She even watched our puppy while we walked the property during our walkthrough. We had never worked with Heidi before and didn't know her until we went to a Century 21 office on a Saturday morning in January 2024. Heidi immediately got to work asking us all the right questions on what we are looking for, area, price, size, amenities. No detail was missed. Over the next months Heidi provided recommendations and suggestions and always went the extra mile to answer or questions, show properties, make offers, counter offers, and guide us through the process. Heidi was ultra-responsive and meticulous on the little items which meant the world to us. She also helped to guide us when the process got tough and we were worried about a home we loved slipping away. She was the most amazing realtor we have ever had the opportunity to work with. She even did a virtual showing for us when we were out of the country and a home we loved came on the market. Heidi was very professional. She was especially kind, respectful, courteous and always made sure to respond to any and all questions that I had in a very timely manner. There were even a couple of times she said it would take her a day or two to get me the information that I was needing and she had what I needed within a couple of hours so if that is not above and beyond service I do not know what is.

Renne is a wonderful agent to work with,very professional and keeps the customers needs front and center. She has sold our home many years ago when we moved to a different state.
